Inn Policies

Arrival & Departure

• Weekend check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM
• Self check-in available — please email the Innkeeper to confirm your arrival time
• Registered guests only inside the house, for everyone's comfort and safety

House Rules

• Quiet hours after 10 PM, indoors and out
• Non-smoking facility (outdoor area provided); $400 cleaning fee if smoking occurs inside
• No pets, except certified service dogs
• Supervised children 12 and older welcome

Booking & Payment

• 100% of the total stay is charged at booking; a current credit card stays on file for all reservations
• $50 per person, per night (plus tax) for a 3rd or 4th guest over double occupancy
• Groups of 2+ rooms (or 4–8 people in 1–2 rooms): $15 gratuity per room
• Winery hours are subject to change — reservations remain your responsibility if the winery closes or changes events

Cancellations

• Cancel by email at least 15 days before check-in (15% processing fee applies)
• Within 14 days of check-in, the full room rate is retained if we can't re-book
• No-shows are responsible for 100% of the room rate
• Holiday weekends (New Year's, Valentine's) follow a stricter cancellation policy

Retreats & Bridal Lodging

Retreats

The Inn is the perfect spot for wellness and meditation retreats, corporate off-sites, family reunions, or any group gathering. Your group occupies the entire Inn — you'll be our only focus.

• 10 guest rooms (5 mini suites) sleeping up to 28
• Use of the grounds, barn, and dining room for classes, meetings, and workshops
• Continental breakfast bar — or upgrade to a hot breakfast
• Spring water, coffee, tea, and snacks throughout your stay
• Add-ons: lunch/dinner, group spa treatments, A/V equipment

Bridal Lodging

The couple has the whole Inn for their bridal party, family, and friends (children under 12 welcome).

• 10 double-occupancy rooms, including 5 mini suites
• Arrive as early as noon for hair and make-up in the upstairs lounge
• Rooms, lounge, and grounds make beautiful photo backdrops
• "After the Wedding" fire-pit celebration with up to ~10 extra guests
• Complimentary hot country gourmet breakfast — plus up to 5 outside guests
• Ask about hosting your rehearsal dinner

Breakfast

Wake up to the aromas of made-from-scratch scones and muffins, hot out of the oven, with freshly ground artisan coffee or a selection of herbal and black teas.

We serve a complimentary buffet-style breakfast starting with pastries, bagels, and fresh fruit. The main entrée is either scrambled eggs or eggs benedict with hickory-smoked bacon or sausage and home fries with peppers and onions.

Prefer to sleep in? For an additional charge we'll bring the same meal directly to your room, so you can enjoy it in privacy.

Our chefs use the highest-quality ingredients — gathering as many local items as possible — and we're happy to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or other dietary needs. Just let us know before your arrival.
